1. Booking & Payment

To secure your stay, a 20% deposit of the total booking amount is required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance can be settled upon arrival. We offer flexible payment methods for your convenience: cash is accepted, as well as payment by PayPal or bank transfer. A fully refundable security deposit of €200 is kindly requested upon check-in. This amount will be returned promptly after check-out, provided that the property and its contents are found to be in good condition.

The deposit is non-refundable. If your plans change, we offer the possibility to transfer your deposit to alternative dates, subject to the following conditions:

• The change is requested at least 30 days before the original check-in date.
• The new dates are subject to availability.
• Only one date change is permitted per booking. For cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival, or if no alternative dates are available, the deposit will be forfeited."

In case of a no-show or early departure, the guest will be charged for the full duration of the reserved stay..

3. Check-in & Check-out

 Check-in: From 4:00 PM (early check-in may be possible if arranged in advance).

 Check-out: Before 12:00 PM (midday).  Late check-out is subject to availability and may require an additional fee.

Please let us know your approximate arrival time at least 24 hours in advance so we can welcome you personally and hand over the keys.
